If the submission passes inspection it is then sent to the "need ratings" page where 1000's of consumers will then rate each submission. Once the submission reaches its minimum ratings it is then sent to either the "scam" page or it's sent to the "World's Top Retail Stores" page based on the consumer satisfaction rate.
